Taiwanese consumer electronics major Asus on Thursday (December 11) opened its first-ever ROG Labs experience store in Bengaluru.
ROG Labs is a first-of-its-kind experience-cum-service and retail outlet. The ground floor of ROG Labs houses the full range of ROG’s high-performance gaming devices, such as laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals.
From products to experience, the store features interactive showcases, hands-on demo areas, and a dedicated Free-to-Play Gaming Zone, also known as the ROGVerse. Here, visitors can play top-tier AAA titles on the latest ROG hardware by pre-booking a gaming slot online.

Customers can interact with on-site laptop experts. Based on the budget, they will be able to offer personalised recommendations and make an informed purchase.

On the first floor, the company hosts Asus Select. Here, customers can buy brand-new Asus laptops and even refurbished models. It is offering up to 12 months of warranty on par with new devices. Also, it houses a customer-care centre for repairs and services.

It promises an end-to-end support ecosystem for users. It comes equipped with an ESD-compliant repair area, on-site service capabilities, and certified engineers, and the company promises to resolve any repair issues within a maximum of 3 days.

At Asus Select, customers can purchase refurbished Asus computers with 12 months warranty.

The company currently operates a little over 320 exclusive ASUS stores, four here in Bengaluru. It also runs 20 dedicated ROG outlets in addition to 5,000-plus multi-brand retail partners spread across 624 districts in India.
