Developed by globally acclaimed game designer Sid Meier, Civilization VII Arcade Edition is all set for grand debut on Apple Arcade early next month.

Civilization VII joins other popular PC games that have recently launched on Apple Arcade, including PowerWash Simulator and Cult of the Lamb Arcade Edition.

It will be compatible with a wide range of Apple devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Set for launch on February 5, Civilization VII Arcade Edition will feature all the exciting features we have seen in the original PC version and more.

In the new chapter of the iconic series, empires evolve with the dawn of each distinct age of human history, and players’ strategic decisions will shape the unique cultural lineage of their civilisations. Whether players choose to follow a path rooted in history or imagine new possibilities, they can create a legacy that echoes through the years of gameplay worldwide.

Besides the Civilization VII Edition, Apple Arcade welcomes three new games -- 'Retrocade', 'Felicity’s Door', and 'I Love Hue Too+'.

Retrocade features several classic arcade games of the 80s and 90s, such as Asteroids, Bubble Bobble, Centipede, Galaga, and more, which can be best enjoyed on Apple Vision Pro. Retrocade games are also playable on iPhone and iPad.

Felicity’s Door is a new rhythm game that takes players on a journey through Tom and Felicity’s magical world of dreams. Players will join the twins and their lovable bear Mi-chan as they travel deep into space, traverse seaside cliffs, and navigate sprawling cyberpunk cities.

And, I Love Hue Too+ is a psychedelic puzzle game. It features a visually pleasing user interface full of colour, light, and shapes, where players arrange mosaics of colored tiles into perfectly ordered spectrums.

Later in January, Paddington game will host a limited-time exclusive event in Crayola Create and Play+ levels. Here, players will spend a special snowy day with Paddington, playing host to a host of winter-themed activities and games, like building a snowman, creative cake crafting, cosy colouring, and more.
