Nearly half of respondents questioned admitted doing less than 30 minutes' exercise a week, with nearly one in five not fitting any in at all.<br /><br />Only one in 10 women find the time to cook an evening meal from scratch, with four in five regularly resorting to takeaway meals, the study found.</p>
