Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1) Members shall pay Bhumika Club membership Fee to attend Events. Guests attending with Members shall pay the Event Fee whilst non-members will be charged Rs 250- per event.

2) No refund policy shall apply to your purchase of Bhumika Club membership /Event Fee if a Member or non-member is unable to attend the Event
You accept and understand that in light of the no refund policy, no chargeback or threatened chargeback claims from your debit or credit card provider will be accepted by us.

3) However, the total number of events committed will be delivered and if due to some unforeseen situation we are unable to cover all 8 events in 2023, the remaining events will be carried forward next year.
