Continuing the crackdown against cricket betting that has become rampant due to the ongoing IPL season, CCB officers raided two residences in the City and arrested two people on Saturday.
The officers raided a residence in Rajajinagar 6th Block and arrested Mahadeva, 40, for indulging in betting.
The police also recovered Rs two lakh cash, four mobilephones, a television and other equipment.
In the other case, the CCB officers raided a residence in Sampangiramanagar and arrested Ananda, 30.
The police recovered Rs one lakh, four mobiles and a television. A case has been registered.
