The Suresh Angadi Education Foundation, belonging to BJP MP Suresh Angadi has constructed huge buildings for the Angadi Institute of Technology and Management in the firing range of the defence training area, causing MLIRC to record its objection with then Deputy Commissioner Dr J Ravishankar.
Apparently, the district administration gave the Foundation permission to construct on defence land buildings. Deputy Commissioner Dr Ekroop Kaur here on Tuesday promised to look into it. Meanwhile, it is learnt that another senior BJP leader has developed a residential layout near the firing range.
