Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa has officially handed over the land documents to ADE yesterday, a DRDO statement said.
The objective of the Rs 1,300 crore project is to build necessary infrastructure for testing and evaluating unmanned and manned aircraft being undertaken by aeronautic cluster labs in DRDO, it said.
The project has been planned and conceived by ADE, Bangalore in collaboration with other DRDO labs.
