The Additional Civil and Sessions Judge C B Hipparagi dismissed the petition filed by Kiran Kumar against Dharam Singh and four others for benami purchase of agricultural lands worth over Rs 50 crore in Kothanur village and Yelahanka hobli (cluster of villages) which was later converted for residential purpose.
The second respondent in the complaint is Maninder Singh, relative of Dharam Singh and a student with no sources of income.
