Court nod for treatment to accused in pvt hospital

Prasad is one of the main accused in the murder of Kurunji Venkataramana Gowda (KVG) Medical College Administrator A S Ramakrishna. 

Sullia Academy of Liberal Education General Secretary Dr Renuka Prasad is in judicial custody and is getting treatment at Wenlock Hospital. As he can not avail speciality treatment at Wenlock Hospital, he had filed a writ in the court to grant him permission to get treatment in the private hospital.
