Speaking with mediapersons here on Saturday, president of the district unit of the party G K Venkatashivareddy alleged that the fabricated charge sheet prepared by the BJP against H D Kumaraswamy and his family members was unconstitutional.
He said the Governor should order for a detailed inquiry into the allegations made by the State Government against the JD(S) leader. All the cases should be handed over to the CBI for a comprehensive inquiry, he urged.
Venkatashivareddy further said that the party was confident of a sweeping victory in the APMC elections in Kolar district. It was only in Bangarpet that the party was slightly weak.
Even this will be addressed as early as possible. Though there are several differences, the Janata Dal (S) will try to go into alliance with the Congress party, whenever and where ever required, he said.
