'Citizen's charter bill nudged us into action'

“We immediately understood that we had to prepare ourselves for a fresh agitation. The bill has made grievance redressal so complicated that no one can get relief,” Team Anna member Arvind Gaur told Deccan Herald.

He alleged that the government has abandoned the path of dialogue. Gaur says that this is an arrogance on the part of the government that it is  bent upon defying Parliamentary resolution. It is insult to the people.
