42 Bunt Yakshagana artistes honoured

Speaking on the occasion, Kemaru mutt seer Sri Esha Vittala Swami said that youths today are aspiring for higher returns by putting up fewer efforts. Moral ethics need to be inculcated among children.

Family values and good family environment instills good thinking and enables a healthier growth among children. Family oriented institutions should take up pre-marriage counselling to lessen the increasing divorce cases in India, he said.

As many as 42 Yakshagana artists were felicitated on the occasion. Bantara Yane Nadavara Matru Sangha former president A Sadananda Shetty presided. Vice President Ravindranath G Hegde, Raghuram Shetty, Industrialist Purushottham Shetty, Youth Bunts Association Honourary President Tallur Shivaram Shetty, President Jayakar Shetty and other were present on the occasion.
