With the help of law students, each district will be monitored and survey will be conducted to verify the families who have received BPL and APL cards.
"The three organsiations have come together as there has been reports of corruption in distribution of these BPL cards and violation of human rights," said High Court Judge V Gopal Gowda.
He was speaking on the occasion of training programme for member secretaries of District Legal Services Authorities and students to survey of issuance of BPL Cards on Sunday.
He added that there is no shortage of food grains in the Country, but there are a lot of loopholes in distribution methods, the survey will be done bases on all these issues.
