He was speaking after inaugurating the new Morarji Desai Residential School for Minority at Thangalihall near Kadur on Monday. He called upon the Muslim community members to send their children to schools compulsorily. “Parents should send their children to schools instead of sending them to work,” he added. Kadur Block Education Officer (BEO) Ranganathaswamy said that a new building for the school will be built at an estimated cost of Rs 6 crore.
