The versions of all those interrogated in connection with the death had matched, and there was no reason for disbelieving them as of now, Chandrashekhar, DCP (East Division) told said on Sunday.
Asked if Gina was in an inebriated state before her fatal fall, Chandrashekhar responded in the affirmative. Gina’s friends had said that she had not had any alcohol. He also said reports that Gina tried to ape the stunts shown in the reality show Khatron ke Khiladi were being looked into.
Police were yet to receive the post-mortem report, expected late on Sunday night or on Monday morning, he added.
