<p> <br />Goureesh (29), a former advocate and resident of Annapoorneshwarinagar, and his associates, Ramesh alias Dummesh (22), K Krishnamurthy alias Kurikrishna (27) and Krishna (20), residents of Sunkadakatte, rammed into victim H Srinivasmurthy’s car from behind, with their two cars, near Ring Road, Veerbhadra slum at 10:30 pm on Sunday. At the outset, they promised to get his car repaired, but later changed their mind, took out the pistol, threatened him and made away with Srinivasmurthy’s vehicle, a cell phone, Rs 30,000 cash and other valuables. <br /><br />Goureesh had given up practicing law and had taken up real estate business. He carried out the robbery for making quick money, the police added. <br /></p>
