Out of 20 teams that participated from Asia, Red Rooster Racing finished as the highest placed privateer team with the top three going to Petronas teams.
Red Rooster’s K Rajni, who bagged a podium finish in the Chennai round of ARRC, ended the season 10th.

Other riders Preetham Dev Moses and Rohit Giri, who were unable to compete in all the races, displayed commendable performances in the ones they participated.
RRR also tested British rider Gino Rea as a wild card entrant in the sixth round at Zhuhai, China.  The move paid instant success as the Rea beat many former champions to finished first in race 2.  He also clocked the fastest lap times in race 2 with 1:40.567.
Amit Sandill, Team Director-Motorcycles of RRR, expressed satisfaction with the team’s performance.

“This round we tested Gino Rea who is one of the quickest and most gifted riders in Europe. In future, I am certain he will compete in World Super Sport, World Superbike or Moto GP,” he said.
“We would be looking forward to having this 20-year-old on board with us for next year too, along with top race engineer Andrew Stone and data engineer Torleif Hartelman,” he added.
