Sathyu joins bandwagon

The first-time director, who considers himself lucky about this, has roped in Ghosh for his debut feature Taliru Torana.

Ghosh who had faded into near obscurity following Ray’s demise, was pulled back by M S Sathyu for his Anil Kapoor-Hindi film-launchpad Kahan kahan se guzar gaye.
Working with Sathyu in his latest Ijjodu, the ace photographer noticed Sudhir Attavar’s work as an assistant to Sathyu. Soon, he called him aside only to tell him, “I shall work with you when you direct a film”.

And, when Attavar took up this project, Ghosh kept his word. Joining the two will be Sathyu who takes care of the art department.
Manikant Kadri has composed music. Ganesh Shetty has written the story while cinematography is by B S Shastry.
