JOIN USVultures Cricket Club trounced Swastic Union Cricket Club thanks to a good first innings bowling performance by Ruchir Joshi in the KSCA under-19 Group I, Division (I, II, II) tournament.
Batting first, Vultures put up a modest total of 211 all out but Swastic Union failed to deal with Ruchir, who returned figures of 5/11, and were bowled out cheaply for 69.
Following on, Swastic Union managed to reach a respectable total, in comparison to their first innings, of 204 all out but it was too feeble an effort as Vultures strolled to victory, winning by eight wickets.
