The Telugu Titans defence made several silly errors and their raiders too had an unimpressive outing as they lost in front of their home crowd.<br /><br />The Bengaluru Bulls leapfrogged to second spot in the table with 18 points after five games whereas Telugu Titans climbed up to sixth spot with nine points after five games.<br /><br />Both teams started strongly and traded early punches as Telugu Titans led 3-2 after five minutes. There were as many as 11 empty raids in the first 14 minutes as the game was tied 7-7. Bengaluru Bulls then struck through Vinod Kumar who scored two points as they led 10-7 after 15 minutes.<br /><br />The Bulls then inflicted an all-out in the 17th minute as they took a commanding 14-8 lead. But Nilesh Salunke made a two-point raid in the same minute to cut the lead down to four points. Rohit Kumar had a terrific first half as he scored seven raid points to give his team 16-11 lead at the end of first half. Rahul Chaudhari for Titans made only two successful raids out of eight.<br /><br />Telugu Titans made a few defensive errors in the first five minutes of the second half as the Bulls led 19-12. Rahul Chaudhari scored his first point of the second half in 26th minute and followed it up with another in the next minute as Titans trailed 14-20.<br /><br />With Rohit Kumar off the mat in 29th minute, Telugu Titans failed to capitalize on it and the Bulls made a super tackle to lead 22-16. Sandeep Narwal scored two points for Titans with raids but Bengaluru Bulls forced another super tackle in 36th minute to open an eight-point lead. Rohit Kumar achieved a super 10 with a bonus point in the 37th minute.<br /><br />Telugu Titans inflicted the first all-out with less than two minutes to as they trailed 26-30.
