KC General Hospital, which usually gets over 900 outpatients a day, registered just 250 on Saturday, according to hospital authorities. <br /><br />“I came from Yeshwantpur. Initially, I was hoping to get an auto but there were hardly any. One auto driver demanded Rs 300 for a few kilometres. I managed to get into a private bus after walking half the distance,” said Nagalakshmi, a patient who had come to the hospital’s outpatient department. <br /><br />At Jayadeva Institute of Cardiac Sciences and Research, all doctors and nurses were present.</p>
