The Federation of Konkani Catholic Associations (FKCA) honoured Paul Moras, Corrine Antoinette Rasquinha and Vivek Aranha at the 21st Federation Day on Sunday.
Moras was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award for enriching Konkani through his writing.
Corrine was conferred with the Professional Excellence Award.
Corrine is the founder of White Doves, an NGO based in Mangaluru.
Aranha, chairman of Pune-based Rosary Education Group, received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Justice P Vishwanath Shetty, Karnataka Lokayukta, was the chief guest of the event, which was presided over by Bangalore Archbishop Rev Dr Bernard Moras.
Ivan D'Souza, Congress chief whip in the Legislative Council; J R Lobo, MLA, Mangaluru South Constituency; and mayor R Sampath Raj were also present.
