Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday thanked the people of Karnataka for the "warmth and affection" extended to him during his first leg of election campaign in the state.
"Thank you Karnataka for your warmth and affection," Rahul said on Twitter as he concluded his four-day tour of the state.
Rahul posted a video showing the highlights of the campaign "Janaashirvada Yatre" during which he held rallies, interacted with farmers and visited temples and a dargah.
The Congress president is scheduled to make at least three more such visits to traverse throughout the state ahead of the elections.
