As a way to mark the birthday celebrations of the legendary actor Dr Rajkumar, a mobile photo exhibition was launched recently in the City.
Conceptualised by a radio channel, the mini bus which carries the mobile photo expo, was flagged off by Raghavendra Rajkumar.

The bus will travel across various parts of Bangalore for seven days giving people a chance to view some rare pictures of the celebrated actor.
As many as 100 pictures of Rajanna, which are affixed to the bus, will take the onlookers back to the golden days giving a glimpse of actor’s career and his personal life.

People who visit this mobile exhibition can participate in the online quiz on Dr Raj.
After launching the expo, Raghavendra Rajkumar appreciated the efforts of the organisers for bringing alive the old memories.
“All over the state, fans celebrate appaji’s birthday in their own style. I am speechless after seeing their enthusiasm and love towards my father. I am happy that this time the government has arranged an official function to celebrate his birthday.”

People who board the bus will get to see the actor in various avatars.
Photos of the actor with MGR, Dharmendra, Shivaji Ganeshan, Rajinikanth, K S Aswath are worth a look. In some pictures Dr Raj is seen with his closest friend Ramaswami and his family members.

There are also pictures in which he is blessing the couples at a mass marriage, doing yogasana, offering pooja at his new house with wife Parvathamma.
“I have watched each and every film of Rajanna. More than an entertainment medium, his films had social messages. His characters as a dutiful son, a loving brother, a committed husband and friend remind us of our responsibilities. Though he is not physically with us, his memories will remain forever and we will not let them fade away,” says Shambhu Savkar, one of Rajkumar’s ardent fans.
