Gowda draws Guv's attention to irrigation projects

Speaking to reporters after the meeting, former prime minister said he drew the Governor’s attention for speeding up various irrigation projects in the State, especially those in the southern districts.

He also informed to the media that he urged the Governor to give appropriate directions to the State government in the implementation of irrigation projects.

Gowda said he was forced to approach the Governor as the government did not initiate any action on issue.
