Gun violence in US related to mental health of youth: Sadhguru

Mental health and violence are very connected, said Sadhguru, founder of Isha Foundation on June 6, while commenting on the gun violence in the USA.

“Mental health and violence are very much connected. Have you not made violence a very popular thing? A 5-year-old child is playing video game; what you think he is doing. You think he is playing badminton. He is shooting somebody. Most of the time he is shooting something,” he said in an exclusive interview with ANI.

“Look at all the movies you make, television stuff. Isn’t violence the way every disagreement is settled in most movies, TV serials, and everything,” he added.
