Lauding the talents and increasing number of start-ups in India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 11 at the UN World Geospatial International Congress in Delhi, said that India almost doubled the number of unicorn start-ups since 2021.
The PM also said that India is among the top start-up hubs in the world.
“There is a need for an institutional approach by the international community to help each other during a crisis. Global organisations like the UN can lead the way in taking resources to the last mile in every region,” the PM said.
“India is among the top start-up hubs in the world. Since 2021, we've almost doubled the number of unicorn start-ups,” he added.
