<p>Bengaluru: Pointing out that the state Cabinet could accommodate a maximum of 35 ministers, Congress veteran and former minister R V Deshpande on Tuesday appealed to party lawmakers to understand that not all MLAs could be inducted into the Cabinet.</p>.<p>“MLAs must understand this, and must have realistic expectations,” he added.</p>.<p>Deshpande, confirming that he would be meeting AICC general secretary Randeep Singh Surjewala, was quick to add that he had no complaints about his position. “I am quite happy,” said Deshpande. On reasons behind his meeting with Surjewala, he added, “It may just be a courtesy call.”</p>
