The motive will be clear once he is in custody," a senior railway police officer said.</p>.<p>Investigators said Ramu fled the scene after stabbing Venkatesh, who received first aid from an ambulance crew before being taken to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.</p>.<p>The police believe the murder took place late on Monday, as Venkatesh had spoken to his family the previous day.</p>.<p>"On Monday evening, another relative attempted to contact Venkatesh regarding a sale of the artificial ornaments. When there was no response, he inquired further and learned of his death,” an officer said.</p>.<p>The Bengaluru City railway police police have registered a case, and a team has been formed to track down the suspect.</p>
