<p> Bengaluru: The <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/bjp">BJP</a> has prepared a plan involving RSS leaders to mobilise public opinion against the Congress government’s ‘diversion’ of funds meant for SC/ST welfare.</p>.<p>The BJP has formed 14 teams, which will fan out across the state to create awareness before March 7 (budget day) about misuse of the SCSP-TSP funds to the tune of Rs 18,000-20,000 crore.</p>.<p>Addressing party leaders and senior functionaries at the preliminary workshop on ‘SC-TSP Funds Misuse: A Public Movement Against the anti-Dalit state Congress Government’ here, BJP state president B Y Vijayendra said, “As the main opposition party, we cannot sit idle when the Congress government claims that it has allocated a whopping Rs 39,914 crore under SCSP-TSP funds in the budget and subsequently diverts nearly Rs 15,000 crore to fund its fake guarantee schemes.’</p>.'Karnataka heading towards bankruptcy': BJP demands white paper on state's financial condition.<p>The 14 teams of the party would cover two Lok Sabha seats each in the state.</p>.<p>“The teams will hold press conferences at taluk and district headquarters besides petitioning the deputy commissioners of the district/s coming under each Lok Sabha seat, appealing to them to use SCSP-TSP funds only for the development of these oppressed communities,” Vijayendra said. </p>.<p>“We need to achieve triple goals through this campaign - first to create a campaign to educate how the Congress has been duping the gullible oppressed classes in the name of guarantee schemes, second to send a clear signal that BJP is for inclusive and pro-development politics and third, to mount pressure on Congress to stop utilising SCSP-TSP funds for guarantee schemes,” he said.</p>
