This year, the state celebrates the legendary cine star's 90th birthday. </p>.<p class="bodytext">Fans and who's who of the Sandalwood industry flocked to the Dr Raj Kumar Memorial at Kanteerva Studios on Tuesday to pay respects to the Dadasaheb Phalke awardee. </p>.<p class="bodytext">Director Bhagavan, who has produced and directed many of Dr Raj's movies, said that though the thespian is not with us today, his memory will live in the hearts and minds of his fans forever. </p>.<p class="bodytext">At the memorial, Dr Raj Kumar's sons and leading actors Shivarajkumar, Raghavendra Raj Kumar and Puneet Raj Kumar offered floral respects to his departed iconic father. Later, they distributed sweets to fans who had gathered there by the hundreds and left for a blood donation camp.</p>
