<p>Housing and Urban Development Minister U T Khader said that managing directors will be appointed for the effective implementation of development works under Smart Cities Mission soon.</p>.<p>Speaking to the media, here on Wednesday, he said the government has issued 1,962 notices to realtors for developing residential plots across the state, without approval. </p>.<p>Only 200 realtors had submitted the required documents. As many as 500 developers have sought approvals. But 962 realtors have not responded to the notices, the minister added. </p>
