NMAMIT gets a platinum in AICTE-CII survey

The NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte was included in the Platinum Category for the highest number of industrial collaborations in India during a joint survey conducted by All India Council for Technical Education and Confederation of Indian Industry National survey (AICTE-CII Survey) for technical institutions, for the year 2018 recently, according to a press release.

The AICTE and CII, have been jointly evaluating Indian technical institutes on the basis of industry linkages under various parameters like governance, curriculum, faculty, infrastructure, services and placement on an yearly basis.

The performance of the institutes is categorised as Platinum (score more than 30), Gold (score between 11
and 29) and Silver (score below 10).

The NMAMIT is one among the top institutions to enter into the Platinum category (with score more than 30) in the survey.

A total of 755 institutions offering Engineering, management and Pharmacy programmes had participated in the national survey, the press release stated.
