<p>Udupi: Revenue Minister Krishna Byre Gowda announced a Rs 300-crore comprehensive plan to tackle sea erosion in the coastal districts. Speaking to reporters after inspecting erosion-hit areas here, he said DCs of coastal districts were asked to submit proposals worth Rs 100 crore each.</p>.<p>“It will be implemented in phases over 2 years,” he said.
