University of Mysore opens applications for Karnataka State Eligibility Test

University of Mysore (UoM), the nodal agency that conducts the Karnataka State Eligibility Test for Assistant Professorship, has opened applications for the examination.

The test will be conducted for 41 subjects as per UGC guidelines.

Submission of online applications will commence on February 8. March 7 will be the last date for online submission of applications without fine. The applicants can pay the fee online through Multi Option Payment System at State Bank of India.

Examination fee for general category candidates is Rs 1,150. IIA, IIIB, IIIA and IIIB category candidates have to pay Rs 950. Rs 650 for SC/ST and Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates.

The last date of submission of applications is March 13. The examination will be held at 11 nodal centres across the state on April 11.
