<p>One more person at Kozhikode in Kerala was found to be infected with Nipah virus. </p> <p>Health minister Veena George said on Friday that a 39-year-old person from Cheruvannur in Kozhikode, who was under observation in hospital, had tested Nipah positive. He had earlier visited a private hospital where two persons who died due to Nipah infection had gone for treatment. </p> <p>With the fresh case, the total Nipah active cases in Kozhikode reached four. </p> <p>On Thursday eleven with symptoms were tested negative. He also said that around 85 per cent of those who came in contact with the infected could be traced. </p> .<p>Meanwhile, there are reports that neighbouring Karnataka and Tamil Nadu have enhanced vigil at the border checkpost.
