<p>Mumbai: A youth from Belagavi district of Karnataka was drowned in the Chandrabhaga river in the pilgrimage town of Solapur district in Maharashtra coinciding with the Ashadi Wari festivities. </p><p>The deceased was identified as Shubham Pawale (27).
