PM Narendra Modi made a 133-minute-long speech in the Lok Sabha on Thursday. However, he spoke about Manipur violence for only less than 3 minutes. He also defended the Manipur government in the later part of his speech. PM Modi said the Centre and state governments are working together to restore peace in Manipur.
