<p class="title">A day the Supreme Court provided him relief in a 30-year-old case of road rage, former cricket and Punjab Cabinet minister Navjot Singh Sidhu on Wednesday called upon Congress president Rahul Gandhi in what he said was a meeting between a "loyal soldier and his leader". </p>.<p class="bodytext">Rahul had specially congratulated Sidhu soon after Supreme Court judgement came out.</p>.<p class="bodytext">During his meeting with the Congress president, Sidhu thanked the party for reposing faith in him and reiterated his resolve to "dedicate his entire life to the Congress party".</p>.<p class="bodytext">"I would perform with full devotion any mission assigned by the party. I am now devoted 24x7 to the party," he said. </p>
