<p>Chennai: Continuing with his anti-BJP tirade, Chief Minister <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/m-k-stalin">M K Stalin</a> on Friday nudged people of Tamil Nadu to stand together and fight for their rights as he identified the battle for language and the fight against delimitation as two “critical challenges” confronting the state. </p><p>Stalin also advocated effective use of AI to instantly remove language barriers and not to burden students with extra languages, while stressing on mastering their mother tongue and English while gaining expertise in science and technology. </p><p>“If needed, they can learn any language later. True progress lies in innovation, not linguistic imposition,” Stalin added. </p><p>“Language is the lifeline of Tamils, and a fair delimitation is their right,” Stalin said, in a video message to DMK cadres on the eve of his 72nd birthday and asked his cadre and supporters to take the message that Tamil Nadu and DMK were fighting an “earnest” battle to ensure that the people of the state aren’t impacted by delimitation and language issue.</p><p>Stalin also asserted that Tamil Nadu’s demand is that the number of Parliament seats should not be determined solely on the basis of population. </p>.Language war in Tamil Nadu: Stalin says 'won't oppose Hindi if you don't impose it'.<p>The Chief Minister’s statements are aimed at sustaining his attack against the BJP, which he projects as “anti-Tamil Nadu.” Stalin’s diatribe on the BJP has sharpened in the past few months as he continues to target the saffron party, which is yet to get a foothold in the state. </p><p>Delimitation directly impacted the state’s self-respect, social justice, and welfare schemes for the people, Stalin said, and asked people to defend the state by reminding them that people of Tamil Nadu were the pioneers in this ideological battle setting the course for the entire nation. </p><p>“Today we are witnessing voices of solidarity rising from Karnataka, Punjab, Telangana, and beyond. Do not penalize the southern states that took responsible measures to control population growth. If such an injustice is enforced, Tamil Nadu and the DMK will never accept it,” he said. “Tamil Nadu will fight, and Tamil Nadu will prevail,” the Chief Minister added. </p>
