Work hard...play hard! This is probably the motto they follow.

Providing stress free solutions to corporate employees, Game Changers, a Delhi-based sports company, organises various events which include people from the corporate world.

It gives a change to the employees to have a life beyond their desktops.

Established last year, the company is founded by Nikhil Gulati, a 25-year-old management graduate from Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI).

A young dreamer and an achiever at quiet an early stage of his life, he has not only been able to conceptualise and shape up his passion for sports but is also executing it the way he planned.

“Game Changers is a breather for those who love sports. People from every walk of life can benefit from its services as we motivate the ‘spectators’ to be ‘players’.

The USP of Game Changers is not just to provide an opportunity to take up the long lost passion to play, but it also saves the players from the trouble of finding a proper venue and even sports equipment.

Moreover, the teams can play at their own convenience in terms of kind of sports, location, day and time,” says Nikhil.

Game Changers organises events with the motive of providing a mentally, physically and socially fit weekend in this hustle-bustle of the modern day world.

Corporates like FIS, Dell, Groupon, VSPL, TBCS Research are a few names who have taken part in sporting events. There are automobile and consultancy companies too in
the list.

“We also have a team of Delhi High Court lawyers and doctor’s teams, who, without a miss, come with enthusiasm to play all their matches.

These sporting activities are a perfect recreational activity for them. After slogging hard during weekdays in the office, these employees can come out and have fun on Saturdays and Sundays,” adds Nikhil.

Till date the team has organised many corporate sporting events including Corporate Cricket Tournament, Soccer Tournament and currently is hosting Night Cricket Series.

Anil Pathak, another graduate from ICFAI who quit his job in HDFC to be part of Game Changers, says, “It was a risk for me, definitely.

But I had faith in Nikhil and in his project. Also, I always wanted to be part of either defence or sports. The aim of our company is to provide a solution for sports lovers.

We also have a calender which is being followed by every member like schedule of matches, dates, venues, etc.

Game Changers is surely a platform where players can take up their passion for sport just like a professional.
