<p>Indian tennis ace Mahesh Bhupathi unveiled the onlineportal ‘Sports 365’ at a small gathering here on Friday.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The eleven-time doubles Grand Slam winner and director of Sports 365 -- along with co-directors and co-founders Vishal Gupta and ChandraSekhar – launched the portal (www.sports365.in) which is designed to make e-shopping for sporting equipment easy. <br /><br />The website will also have a panel of experts, who will be available on live chat to guide customers in the right direction. “This kind of an initiative is much needed,” said Bhupathi. <br /><br />“I remember… I moved to Mumbai around five years ago and I remember it being very hard when I wanted to buy a specific kind of tennis balls. In Bangalore, I knew my way around, but in Mumbai I had no clue. I spent a lot of time asking people and eventually found them.”<br /><br />“Too often, people buy equipment with no proper guidance. The website offers to avoid all those confusions,” added Bhupathi at the interaction which was attended by his father CGK Bhupathi and world billiards and snooker champion Pankaj Advani.<br /></p>
