Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Friday said that no one should bring politics in the country's security.

He was speaking to reporters, here and welcomed Pakistan's move to release IAF wing commander Abhinandan Varthaman, who was captured by Pakistan army on Wednesday. 

When asked about BJP state president BS Yeddyurappa's claim that the Pulwama attack would benefit BJP in upcoming elections, Siddaramaiah said, Yeddyurappa should not have politicised the issue. The safety of the country, people and the welfare of the soldiers are much important than politics.
