Supreeth Kumar Poojary from Lok Tantrik Janatadal filed his nominations with the District Election Officer and Deputy Commissioner S Sasikanth Senthil on Tuesday.
No nomination was filed from Udupi-Chikkamagaluru Lok Sabha constituency.
The deadline for filing of nominations is March 26 and nominations will be scrutinised on March 27.
The last date for withdrawal of nominations is March 29.
