DCP – Amritsar Shivdular Singh Dhillon said that the exact timing of IAF WC Abhinandan Varthaman’s arrival is not known. The beating retreat ceremony will not take place as scheduled at the Wagah border this evening, as part of the arrangements made to receive WC Varthaman.
