Cake fair kicks off with 1,600-kg Red Fort replica

Karnataka is likely to file an appeal before the National Green Tribunal (NGT) seeking a review of the tribunal’s recent ruling, asking the government to deposit Rs 500 crore to rejuvenate the polluted Bellandur lake.

A structural fault in one of the pillars of Namma Metro near the Trinity Station on MG Road had gripped the IT city in a panic on Thursday. Film festival 

Veteran filmmaker M S Sathyu’s movies and serials will be screened till December 15 at 5 at National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA), Vasanth Nagar.

In a unique initiative, specially-abled children will perform a dance drama on ‘The Jungle Book’ on December 16.

Many children with special needs will be a part of this unique programme organised on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Chirantana Trust, an NGO involved with providing skill-based training for disabled children in the city. Read more
