The iPad (A16) flaunts a full-view screen with a uniform bezel around the premium metallic frame. However, the TouchID is moved to the top edge, which also doubles as the wake button as well.

With A16 silicon, the iPad is almost 30 per cent faster. Compared to the iPad with A13 Bionic, it can deliver up to 50 per cent improvement in overall performance. It supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, Apple Pencil (1st Gen), Pencil (with type-C), magic keyboard folio cover
It boasts a 12MP Wide (f/1.8) camera on the back with up to 5X digital zoom, Smart HDR 3 photos and 4K video recording at 24 fps, 25 fps, 30 fps or 60 fps. On the front, it features a 12MP centre-stage camera with 2X zoom, retina flash, and 1080p HD video recording at 25 fps, 30 fps or 60 fps.
The new iPad starts with 128GB storage and is also available in 256GB and 512GB configurations. It is available in blue, pink, yellow, and silver.
Wi-Fi models of the new iPad are available with a starting price of Rs 34,900, and Wi-Fi + Cellular models start at Rs 49,900.
For teachers, Wi-Fi models of the new iPad are available with a starting price of Rs 32,900, and Wi-Fi + Cellular models start at Rs 47,900 via the university plan.
OnePlus Pad 2 series tablet.

OnePlus Pad 2 sports a 12.1-inch 3K(3200 x 2120p) display, supports 144Hz refresh rate, pixel density of 303ppi (pixels per inch) and up to 900 nits brightness.
It boasts a sturdy metallic enclosure on the back with a 13MP primary camera with LED flash. And, on the front, it features an 8MP sensor for selfies and video calling.
Inside, the OnePlus Pad 2 houses Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, Qualcomm's most powerful mobile chipset to date. It comes paired with Adreno 750 GPU, 8GB / 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, 128GB / 256GB UFS 3.1 storage and a 9,510mAh battery with 67W Super VOOC charging support.
It runs Android 14-basedOxygenOS 14 and is assured to get three years of Android OS updates and an additional year of software security support.
The company is offering the device in Nimbus grey colour. It will be available in two variants-- 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage-- for Rs 39,999 and Rs 42,999, respectively. It will hit stores on August 1.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE series.

The new Galaxy Tab S10 FE come in two variants-- S10 FE and S10 FE+. They feature the same design and most of the features are pretty much similar but different in terms of display size and battery capacity.
The standard Tab S10 FE sports a 10.9-inch LCD screen with an 8,000mAh battery, and the Tab S10 FE+ flaunts a bigger 13.1-inch LCD panel with a 10,090mAh cell, respectively.
The rest of the features are the same in both models. They support a 60Hz refresh rate, and 45W charging speed and come with IP68 water-and-dust resistant rating.
They feature Samsung's proprietary Exynos 1580 octa-core processor with 8GB/12GB RAM, 128GB/256GB storage, Android 15-based OneUI 7.0 OS, 13MP camera on the back, 12 MP ultra-wide front camera, 5G modem, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
The new tablets also support generative AI features and photography tools we see in premium Galaxy S series phones, such as Best Face, Object Eraser, Circle to Search, and Samsung Notes features like Solve Math.
They come pre-loaded with productivity apps and tools, including LumaFusion, Goodnotes, Clip Studio Paint and more, alongside other spotlight apps like Noteshelf 3, Sketchbook and Picsart.
They also support a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, which also doubles as a power button. It also comes with dual speakers and, a physical SIM slot (supports e-SIM as well), and the company is offering an S-Pen with the retail box.

Motorola Moto Pad 60 Pro Android tablet.

The new Moto Pad 60 Pro sports a 12.7-inch 3K (2944 x1840p) LTPS LCD screen with 144Hz refresh rate and comes with a pixel density of 273 ppi (pixels per inch) and 400 nits peak brightness.
It also comes top-mounted fingerprint sensor, a Type-C port, and quad JBL speakers with the Dolby Atmos system.
Inside, it comes with 4nm class MediaTek Dimensity 8300 octa-core processor with Mali-G615 GPU, Android 14, 8GB/12GB LPDDR5X RAM, and 128GB/256GB UFS 2.2 storage (expandable up to 1TB), 13MP autofocus camera with LED flash on the back, an 8MP front camera and a 10,200mAh battery with 45W charger.
The new Moto Pad 60 Pro comes in two variants-- 8GB RAM + 128GB Storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage-- for Rs 26,999 and Rs 28,999, respectively. It is available in PANTONE Bronze Green colour.
Xiaomi Pad 7.

The Pad 7 sports an 11.2-inch 3.2K (3200 x 2136p) display with a variable refresh rate (30-144hz), supports nano texture display option, HDR 10, AI HDR enhancement, and Dolby Vision.
It also comes with hardware-level blue light reduction, TÜV Rheinland hardware-level low blue light certification, IP52 water-and-dust resistant certification, type-C port, quad speakers and four microphones.
Xiaomi tablet is powered by 4nm class Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 octa-core processor with Adreno 732 GPU, Android 15-based Xiaomi HyperOS 2, 8GB / 12GB LPDDR5X with 128GB (UFS 3.1) / 256GB (UFS 4.0) storage and an 8,850mAh battery with 45W charger.
The Pad 7 boasts of 13MP camera (with 1/3.06-inch sensor, PDAF: Phase Detection Auto Focus) with LED flash on the back and an 8MP (with 1/4-inch OV08D sensor, f/2.28) front camera.
The company offers accessories Xiaomi Focus Keyboard and Xiaomi Focus Pen. The latter comes with 8132 levels of pressure sensitivity and ultra-low latency, ideal for precise sketches and digital artwork. It supports Xiaomi Creation AI app.
The Focus Keypad features a gesture-enabled touchpad, backlit keys, and adjustable angles for comfort.
Xiaomi Pad 7 will be available in three colours--graphite grey, mirage purple and sage green. It comes in two configurations--8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage-- for Rs 27,999 and Rs 30,999 respectively.
The new Redmi Pad SE.

The new Redmi Pad 2 sports a sturdy aluminium alloy body and weighs around 480g. It shares a lot of design elements of the latest Redmi 12 series phones. It flaunts a visually pleasing primary camera in a pill-shaped module and a minimalistic exterior body with just Redmi engraving on the left and the rest has a plain metallic finish. The company is offering the tablet in three colours-- lavender purple, graphite gray, and mint green.
On the front, it features a bright 11.0-inch full HD+ (1920 x 1200) display with 1920 x 1200p resolution with a pixel density of 207 ppi (pixels per inch) and offers peak brightness of 400 nits. It supports variable refresh rate (30Hz - 90Hz), TÜV Rheinland certified Low Blue Light (Software Solution), and TÜV Rheinland Flicker Free Certification.

OnePlus Pad Go features a 11.3-inch 2.4K(2408 x 1720p) LCD panel, supports 90Hz refresh rate, low blue light technology, 400 nits peak brightness, 260 pixels per inch (PPI), and has 86.40 per cent screen-to-body ratio.
It supports an optional SIM slot, microSD card slot, type-C port, and Quad Speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos.
