Apple Watches are the most advanced smart wearables for health and fitness tracking in the industry.
The latest model Watch Series 10 comes with cutting-edge optical heartrate reader with ECG for AFib detection, Irregular rhythm, blood-oxygen saturation (SpO2) reader.
Further, it boasts potential life-saving features-- Crash Detection and Fall Detection. Also, Apple Watch Series 10 supports the SOS feature, which comes in handy during emergencies to instantly notify loved ones and seek medical help in a quick time.
With the Health app on the iPhone, users can see insightful health trends related to average heart rate, respiratory rate and other vitals during sleep. It also offers information on how steadily the owner walks on the streets. This information offers insights into whether there is any risk of slipping and falling on the road.
Once Apple gets the nod from a local regulatory agency, Watch Series 10 will get the Sleep Apnea detection feature in India.
The Watch Series 10 (GPS-only) model price starts at Rs 46,900 and the cellular variant starts at Rs 56,900. The titanium model is priced at 79,900. There is also a Watch SE model too, but lacks the ECG feature.
Samsung Galaxy Watch7 series.

The Galaxy Watch7 comes in two sizes-- 44mm and 40mm -- with 1.5-inch and 1.2-inch screens, respectively. They boast of super AMOLED panels with sapphire crystal lens and armor aluminium cases.
It runs Google WearOS and is powered 3nm Exynos W1000 processor, which promises with three times faster CPU 32 per cent and 30 per cent improved power efficiency.
Further, they feature a Dual-frequency GPS-system, which can more precisely track location even in dense urban environments. This is the first for a Galaxy Watch series to date.
The Galaxy Watch7 boasts of De Novo FDA-authorised Sleep Apnea feature, to check potential signs of sleep apnea.
It can also offer real-time readings and alerts for abnormally high or low heart rates with Heart Rate monitoring, and detect irregular heart rhythms suggestive of atrial fibrillation (AFib) with IHRN (Irregular Heart Rhythm Notification). And, they can help users understand the status of their heart health with Electrocardiogram (ECG) 28 and Blood Pressure (BP) readings.
It also comes with the all-new BioActive sensor that can offer deeper insights on the body’s fitness and health condition than the previous iteration. And, the BioActive sensor will be able to offer advanced glycation end products (AGEs) index. It offers deep insights about the body’s metabolic health and biological aging, which are strongly influenced by the overall lifestyle and dietary habits of the user.
The Galaxy Watch 7 40mm variants— Bluetooth Only and LTE— are priced — at Rs 29,999 and Rs 33,999, respectively.
The Watch 7 44mm variants— Bluetooth only and LTE— cost — Rs 32,999 and Rs 36,999, respectively.
Garmin Vivoactive 5.

It sports a 1.2-inch bright AMOLED display with a sturdy aluminium casing and silicone strap to smooth and comfortable fit on the wrist. Also, it comes with 5 ATM rating, meaning it can withstand underwater pressure up to the depth of 50 metres.
It comes pre-loaded with 30 GPS-enabled physical activity and sports modes and indoor sports. It also boasts of wheelchair-specific features as well.
After a round of long sleep at night, it offers insightful details about the sleep pattern including REM, recovery status, Pulse Ox, HRV, and also the weather data of the day.
With the Body Battery feature, users will be able to get precise information such energy level of the body, and based on the activities such as exercising, average heart rate, stress and sleep pattern, it can offer tips on how to improve the fitness of the body.
With a full charge, it can last up to 11 days. And, with the always-on display enabled, it can deliver up to five days of battery life. It costs Rs 34,990.
OnePlus Watch 2R.

The OnePlus Watch 2R comes with a classic circular dial design with a sturdy enclosure and comes with 2.5ATM and IP68 rating.
It runs on Google's Wear OS with dual-engine architecture to offer long battery life. With a full charge, it can last for close to 100 hours.
The Watch 2R can track physical activities such as running, walking, rowing, yoga and other sports. It features dual-frequency GPS that comes in handy to precisely track the trekking or long walks in unknown places and get back to the starting point.
Also, it can monitor health vitals such as heart rate, sleep pattern, SpO2 (blood-oxygen saturation level) and more. It costs Rs 17,999.
The CMF Watch Pro 2 series.

The CMF Watch Pro 2 features a 1.32-inch AMOLED always-on display and supports more than 100 watch faces with customisable options. And, it comes with an IP68 rating.
It can track more than 120 sports activities and it can automatically recognise five sports. It can track heart rate, blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂), and stress levels.
Users can make Bluetooth calls, control music, view notifications, and can remotely control the camera, and check on the weather. With a full charge, it can deliver up to 11 days of battery life.
The dark grey model of the Watch Pro 2 costs Rs 4,999. The blue and orange models cost Rs 5,499.
Redmi Watch Move.

It sports a 1.85-inch AMOLED display with a sleek 2.5D curved design, and supports peak brightness of 600 nits brightness. It also boasts of Always-On Display tech. With this, the user need not have to wake the screen every time, he/she wants to see the time or any other notification.
Also, it features anti-allergy, anti-bacterial TPU strap and the watch supports IP68 water-and-dust resistant rating.
It supports HyperOS and can monitor heart rate, SpO₂ (Blood-Oxygen saturation), stress, and sleep cycles — including REM (Rapid Eye Movements) — offering deep insights into both day and night wellness. It can also track menstrual cycle as well.
It can track more than 140 workout modes and promises 98.5% tracking accuracy powered by Xiaomi R&D. It can help users track runs, monitor calories, or time yoga sessions.
It supports Hindi in addition to English. Xiaomi has plans to bring support for more Indian languages in the coming months.
With a 300mAh cell capacity, it can deliver up to 14 days of battery life. With AoD on, it can last for five days.
The new Redmi Watch Move comes in four colours-- black drift, blue blaze, gold ruhs and silver sprint-- for Rs 1,999.
