<p> A rickshaw puller has been arrested for allegedly sodomising two minor boys at outer Delhi’s Mangolpuri on Monday.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Police said Ramkishan, 62, sexually assaulted the minors, aged four and five, in his house at block F. “The boys were playing near Ramkishan’s house when they were lured into the house on the pretext of watching cartoons on television,” a police officer said.<br /><br />On seeing the boys alone, Ramkishan locked the house and began playing pornographic films.<br /><br />“When the kids enquired about the film, Ramkishan directed them to keep watching till the end. Meanwhile, he kept on sexually assaulting both of them,” the officer added.<br /><br />Soon after this, while searching for her son, one of the victims’ mother, peeped inside the house through a window, she caught the senior citizen red-handed. She immediately raised an alarm following which a call was made to the police control room. Ramkishan was subsequently arrested. <br /><br />Police said they booked Ramkishan under relevant provisions of Indian Penal Code and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act after registering a case with Mangolpuri police station.<br /><br />“Ramkishan was produced before a court on Tuesday and was sent to judicial custody for 14 days,” the officer said.</p>
