<p>Ahuja Constructors, a Mumbai-based real estate developer, has launched sales of a new iconic residential project called Ahuja Towers in Worli, Mumbai. Comprising a 55-storey tower offering 78 apartments, the project includes a bespoke collection of seven exclusive apartments on the 40th floor and above. The project is designed in collaboration with international interior designers Wilson Associates of New York.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The size of the seven exclusive apartments varies from 530-600 sq metres, with a price tag of $9,310 per sq metre. The rest of the Ahuja Towers apartments have already been sold except for some 1,100 sq metre penthouses with prices starting at $1.4 million. <br /><br />“About 75 per cent of the construction is ready and the iconic residential tower caters to the aspirations of the new-age, globe-trotting connoisseurs of the modern world who have experienced superior levels of services,” said Gautam Ahuja, managing director of Ahuja Constructors. The residents at Ahuja Towers, designed by Palmer & Turner, Singapore, would enjoy four-metre-high-ceiling apartments and a 270-degree sea and city view, besides a host of premium facilities like a business centre, mini theatre, wine cellar and club amenities.<br /></p>
